Miles and More is a complete scam. Do not waste your time trying to credit your account with miles. I have lost count of the number of legitimate journeys made with Swiss or another member airline for which the credit has been refused.

Needless to say both flights took place and i was physically present in both airplanes. Further contact with miles and more support was ignored from their side. The whole miles and more programme has likely just been set up to collect personal data and sell it on for a profit. Avoid them at all cost. Date of experience: 11 April 2021
Not only did MIles and More decline my request to postpone deleting miles set to expire (later shown to be false information) during a time when we were beset with a pandemic and unable to fly, but my subsequent appeal to restore them was also refused.

Total scam. First you can't do much with your miles: if you check on Skyscanner you'll find better alternatives for your flight, all the interesting flights being heavily (€400-€500) charged. Second their policy for expiring miles during the pandemic has been the worse of the entire industry.
