Miles and More is a complete scam. Do not waste your time trying to credit your account with miles. I have lost count of the number of legitimate journeys made with Swiss or another member airline for which the credit has been refused.

Total scam. First you can't do much with your miles: if you check on Skyscanner you'll find better alternatives for your flight, all the interesting flights being heavily (€400-€500) charged. Second their policy for expiring miles during the pandemic has been the worse of the entire industry.
I noticed that Swiss did not add my Miles&More for a round trip flight recently taken from Logan to GVA via Zurich. As previously mentioned in another review, you loose you miles or points very quickly soon thereafter. The whole thing feels like a scam, a dangling carrot, with ZERO (apparently) customer service.
