The licenses are worth the cost and then you get $100/month in azure credits to roll up test environments or whatever else. If you're just going to use 1-2 of the licenses and don't plan to use azure then probably not worth while yet.

Absolutely- especially if you need O365 for internal use. You can use a discount code when signing up - it's much cheaper. Here's a link. Definitely worth it - you get Azure credits alone worth more than the cost of the pack, plus the O365 licenses, plus other licenses.
