There is no limit as to how many points you can place on the map. It takes players 45 secs to travel across a square and 64 secs diagonally.

each map block is 100mX100m, so you can use that to guess distance, and each tick on the sniper scope is a 100m zero on flat ground. so there is no precise measure but you can guesstimate. Reply. true.
So lets go with 20km/h (which is Olympic level marathon btw). Using that speed, a square is about 400 meters across, slightly more. So the whole map is 2.8 x 2.8 which gives 7.84 square kms but given the island is substantially smaller than the map, 5.5 sounds about right. Reply reply.
