3 wrz 2023 · Refund Rules KLM for Flex fares. Sep 3, 2023, 8:41 AM. Hi. I am a bit confused by this ambivalent statement of KLM on their website regarding refunds for Flex tickets. To quote "Flex ticket: refundable, either free of charge or at a fee, depending on the fare paid". Now the ticket conditions simply states 'refundable'.
26 paź 2022 · DL guy here looking to buy directly from KLM. I see that you can buy an outbound TATL ticket as a flex fare (J) and a return that is not flex. Why is this even possible and what happens if you purchase a fare constructed in this way but then cancel?
The stories you hear are about people not buying a flexible ticket, then having a personal issue and want the flexible ticket terms they didn’t buy. You can refund a flexible ticket through their website very easily. In the cases I had to do that the money was returned within two days.
I cancelled many flex flights before and the refund is anywhere between <24hrs to 5 days. Did you pay with a credit card? It will take longer if you used debit.
