Poor service on InterCape Buses. I've been using this bus for sometime and it never picked the passengers on time. Last Thursday, I was supposed to arrive in East London and 3:25 but I arrived at 5:40. Today I'm traveling to Durban and they were supposed to pick us up at 10:20 but they picked us up at 12:30.
3 lut 2024 · The Intercape Mainliner is possibly the best bus I've ever been on. This was my first long distance trip and I couldn't be more happy with the state of bus. It was clean, spacious and the drive was super safe.

I am travelling on bus 233 Sleepliner from Pretoria to Grootbrak - 19, 5 hours of travelling on a bus filled to capacity. Intercape claims extra legspace on the sleepliner. This is total deception. The 2nd row left on the top deck has a maximum of 8cm legspace when the front row reclines (which is all the time).

22 wrz 2012 · I booked Intercape bus online for my group from Pretoria to Durban (overnight on the bus). First, the staff was not very friendly right at the beginning. Second, the air-con worked for about an hour and then stopped working.
