17 sty 2024 · If you don't know what your username or AAdvantage account number is, you can find it by making a request on the American Airlines website. Just input your name and email address, click "Submit," and your account number will be sent to you by email.

If you can’t find it there, try using the “forgot my password” tool to reset your account so you can get in. Alternatively, try calling the customer service desk to find your number.
