There is nothing pre-built that I know of that you can easily add to Word. Only options I can think of: Create a slider in JavaScript, take a picture of that and insert it. We use the jQueryUI Slider in our application. You can use JSFiddle to create and test out options.

On the Quick Access Toolbar, click Page Setup and change it from 10” x 7.5” to your Word graphic width (choose a Height that is larger than your graphic because you can crop the top and bottom in Word). Paste your graphic on your new page and scale it to fit the page size.
