Wouldn't trust the reviews on here, I guess there are a few genuine reviews on the website. They always come up cheaper by 10-15% compared to competitors - this is an intentional scam so you would make payment and book the tickets.

Answer 1 of 18: We fell for their cheaper fare on a one-stop flight from SFO to Europe without checking the reviews first. Their agent answered the phone promptly and seemed knowledgeable. Paid and received booking within 24h which we verified with airline.
One of the most common scams in air travel, according to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), is what we'll call the Fake Fare Flimflam. The perpetrators of this particular con take advantage of bargain seekers willing to believe in too-good-to-be-true airfares found online.
Within minutes of booking a flight the company contacted us to re-arrange the flight. This was obviously unacceptable, as we booked the flights required. They then accused us of lying for the travel reasons and stalled with providing a refund.
