I send a complain about my horrible fight with Level, about the terrible condition was the air craft, VY 8461 VY 9795. It's a shame that Level has delegated the responsibility to Iberia. The company should be concerned about checking their business practices whenever a customer complains.
I find it reprehensible that Level is refusing to cancel this flight, AND offer a flight credit OR a refund. This “our hands are tied, we can’t help you” approach is 100% bull. This is either is the most ridiculous, inflexible policy EVER or just a really, really well-thought out scam.
Absolutely the worst. Made our booking over 2 months ago for the 4th of April. 2 weeks before the flight, it was cancelled. I spent approx 3-4 hours online and on the phone trying to rebook a later flight, but Level had cancelled the same routes on subsequent days.

My shuttle flights were booked through Vueling and it appears they have a partnership with Level. Both companies are horrible and scammy. Wait until they start pointing their fingers at each other with you in the middle.
