Overall positive, very helpful staff and my car was a brand new. Only thing what was a minor problem I booked a vw polo and get a toyota yaris which is slightly smaller car, but was not a problem for us.

The car hire company never showed with the car. I rented a car in August 2020 in Dalaman Airport. But they never showed. Because I forgot to put the flight number, I was waiting until 7pm that was the time I told them ill arrive. I tried to call, it was a premium number, they did not speak English.

I couldn't rent the car because the agency at the airport asked to hold 13000 dollars in my bank account and now economy bookings are saying that it was a no show and they don't want to give the rental money back, it's a scandal!
