You can calculate the length of a path, running route, fence, border, or the perimeter of any object that appears on a google map. The distance calculator will then display a measurement of the length in feet, meters, miles and kilometers.
Enter a city, a zipcode, or an address in both the Distance From and the Distance To address inputs. Click Calculate Distance, and the tool will place a marker at each of the two addresses on the map along with a line between them.
This tool enables you to calculate the straight line distance between two locations or two cities, "as the crow flies". As you can share your location, it will let you know easily how far you are in a straight line from any point of interest.
