I'm trying to calculate the distance between two places user Core Location. I've found a few posts that state to use. -(CLLocationDistance)distanceFromLocation:(const CLLocation *)location. Found some other test code in the thread below:

A route is created between it and your current location. Change travel method to Drive. Select Add Stop. Select another Favourite. Select and hold My Location, then select Delete. Change travel method to Walk.
