Distance between a bed and the wall or dresser: 24″ inches. A bed needs at least two feet of walking space around it to accommodate room to make up your bed (unless you need a good excuse not to) and for opening and closing the drawers of your dresser or doors of a closet.

A walkway is not part of the kitchen triangle because it is not part of the kitchen's working and prep area. The recommended minimum width for a walkway is 36 inches, but a walkway can be as wide as you wish.
Once the bed is positioned against the wall, manoeuvre the dresser and bedside tables on either side of the bed. If you only have one bedside table, this may work well in a corner next to the bed. Be sure there is the two feet between the bed and the wall for an easy walkway.
I'd allow for 36 inches of walk space, which would [usually] mean a 37.5 framed opening, trimed with 3/4 boards on each side to drop it back to 36, then figure roughly 3.5 inches for trim and .25 for set back, leaving you with a 43 inch 'no cab zone', including overhangs.
