[Updated] From 28 August 2022 2359 hours, all non-fully vaccinated travellers are no longer required to undergo a 7-day SHN and take a Polymerase Chain Reaction COVID-19 test at the end of their SHN period.
Entry and Exit. With effect from 29 September 2022, Singaporeans can enter Taiwan visa-free for durations of stay up to 30 days. Pre-departure PCR tests are not required, and there are no vaccination requirements to enter Taiwan.
For travel history requirements under the VTL, please check the SafeTravel website for details. ~ VTL requirements apply – for instance, short term visitors will need to apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) to travel on designated VTL bus, ferry, or flight services.
Singapore has made the following changes to the VTF for non-vaccinated travellers entering the country, starting from 28 August 2022, 2359 hours: All non-fully vaccinated travellers will no longer be required to undergo a 7-day SHN upon arrival, nor be subject to an exit-SHN Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test.

5 sie 2021 · From 7 August 2021, 2359 hours, all travellers entering Singapore with travel history to Taiwan, within the last 21 days before departure for Singapore, will undergo a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival [1], and will be allowed to go about their activities in Singapore if the PCR test result is negative. They will not need to serve a 14-day SHN period.

Depending on the destination you are travelling from, mask-wearing aboard flights and ferries to Singapore may be required.
