Black Hat is one of the main characters of Villainous. A retired villain, he currently entertains himself by managing a company, Black Hat Organization, which sells products and services to other villains in exchange for money and/or souls.
Black Hat is also shown to be a quite sly, sinister, and intimidating man, as he likes to scare people, including scaring both Demencia and 5.0.5 in a couple of the shorts. He has no (if not, very few) redeeming or anti-villainous qualities whatsoever and is completely evil through and through.

Black Hat is the primary character of Villainous. He is the leader of the Black Hat Organization, a cult like organization which helps villains. Not much is known about him aside from being a sadistic and seemingly immortal demonic entity with virtually no redeemable qualities.
