Are tickets refundable? No, but Megabus does provide an option for modifying reservations. You can make changes online, but only if it’s done more than 3 hours before your scheduled departure. Keep in mind that there are trade-in fees, ranging from USD $3.00 to USD $7.50, depending on the proximity to the departure time.
20 mar 2020 · As mentioned above, canceling or asking for refunds is not possible in Megabus. But if you can’t continue your trip anymore, you can choose to exchange your ticket for another bus trip. It’s possible to trade your ticket for another journey up to 24-3 hours before your original departure schedule.
The straightforward answer would be no. Megabus doesn't offer refunds — not unless it's the company's fault, and even then, it's a bit of a stretch to say Megabus will offer you a refund. Once you complete your reservation, it's considered a final sale.
Unfortunately, English and Welsh National Concession passes, Railcards, and Rail Rover tickets aren’t valid on megabus services. Free concessionary travel with megabus is only available to Scottish National Entitlement Card holders (elderly and disabled persons) and in the case of companion card holders - their companions.
