8 sty 2024 · I received a gift card and when I opened it the claim code was damaged. The middle of the code was so scraped off that I can't even guess what they might be. I called customer service many time but since the card was purchased at a retailer they will not help.
27 kwi 2011 · The redemption code, which is what was covered by the scratch-off band, and a set of numbers printed openly on the card. Customer Service is asking you for that second set of numbers which they can use to look up the redemption code that you cannot read.
31 sie 2020 · Damaged Gift Card. Hi, I have a gift card and when I removed the seal over the code, half of the claim code peeled off with the seal. I am wondering if there is a way to redeem using the card number or barcode, thanks. Moderator's Note: Edited title for length.
Go to Redeem a Gift Card. Enter your claim code and select Apply to Your Balance . To redeem an electronic gift card: Select the link provided via email or text to claim the balance. Note: A claim code won't be provided in email deliveries, but can be redeemed by selecting the link.
