You shouldn't need to provide any more information to the airlines but if you're asked about the ticket numbers - not the Travelocity confirmation numbers but the airline-generated ticket numbers - then that should be on your credit card statement. The ticket numbers will be 12 digits; BA's will start with 125 and IB's will start with 075.

The key is do they provide quick 24 hour a day customer service. That is rare these days, and most 3rd party sites are not going to provide service like that. The only way air travel passengers get service like that is by being an elite flyer at the top of the pyramid for whatever airline/alliance/ they fly with, and even then, it is tricky ...

The phone number in #56 is for Sabre (a flight distribution system, how tickets are sold). They can't help with issues between customers and airlines or agencies. I would suggest using Facebook Messenger for Travelocity.
