10 cze 2024 · You can reset your password if you have an email address or phone number on file for your account. The best way to do this is to go into the ‘sign-in’ section on your PlayStation device. Use the email address associated with the account you need to recover and click on ‘trouble signing in’.
The only way I can try to recover my account is either send a confirmation email to that new email or enter a password which I do not know. It also said my email or account was encrypted. What can I do?
12 cze 2024 · To log in when you've forgotten your password, select your profile from the Recent Logins section on Facebook.com. Another way is to open the Find Your Account form and search for your name. If you're using the mobile app, tap Forgot password? to see your reset options.

I have problems accessing my Facebook account since 06/15/2024, since the attackers changed my email and password. I have read that it is a Facebook bug, since the same thing as me is happening to many here.
