Official Reply. I'm experiencing constant connection issues. At complete random, the internet would degrade to point of no internet for up to a minute. Download and Upload speed is what I would expect and it's consistently fine for me.
you can get a speed test from the modem in the app, - wifi tab - troubleshoot - that will verify what the modem/gateway is getting before your router
