19 cze 2024 · Today, I receive the error code above and that our reservation can't be found when selecting the check-in button in app and on website. However, the reservation is clearly in my Trips and Southwest customer services has confirmed.
If I made a flight reservation for May 2025 in October 2024, and then qualified for a companion pass in December that is valid for the remainder of 2024 and all of 2025, can I apply my companion pass to my May 2025 trip even though the booking was made before I received the companion pass?
