The 787 cabin altitude is 6000' compared to 8000' on the 777 (and basically everything that isn't a 787, a350, a380 or soon 777X). The 787's lower cabin altitude should help reduce the fatigue of flying, and imo it's noticable having flown on them. The 787 should also be perceptively quieter than an older 777.
