7 lip 2024 · REVIEW RATING: BEN SAYS: United's 777 Polaris business class offers comfortable (and consistent) seats, exceptional bedding, good entertainment, and (on this flight) very friendly service. However, the catering leaves a lot to be desired.
5 lip 2024 · United has revamped its business class seat with the help of Zodiac, and it has received great reviews. The seat width is a comfortable 23 inches and the pitch is 75 to 78 inches. Bulkhead seats in rows 1 and 9 have a few more inches of space.

United’s Polaris seat is a fully-flat seat with direct aisle access, complete with lounge access and a top-level meal service.

8 lip 2024 · Much Improved Polaris Flight. This flight was a clear improvement compared to last month's. I was in seat 1A again and this time the cabin crew was much quieter in the galley. The senior flight attendant on UA 143 on 5-6 July has been an FA for 30 years and was cheery and professional, obviously liking her job.
