7 maj 2024 · Shower very welcome and good coffee. Flight to Auckland in Premium Economy a big step up from Economy. Seat very comfortable with loads of legroom, good recline and leg/foot rest. Slept for about 9 hours out of 15 hours. Service was friendly, professional and thorough buy a charming young British chap called Zak.
