OSRS is the official legacy version of RuneScape, the largest free-to-play MMORPG. If getting 99 Agility meant rarely having to walk ever again, I'd max it asap. 99 Agility is a huge roadblock for a lot of players. Even after buffing the exp/hr for it slightly, many players (including myself) still struggle to find motivation to train it.
