I go on American Airlines website to see if my flights showing up just out of curiosity - I logged in and it said I have no reservations. I thought that was odd so I called the American Airlines customer service line at 858-838-4700 (from Google and it appears legit but what do I know?)
Chat customer service is completely unhelpful and reservations over the phone is a joke. I know filing a complaint will only get me a heartfelt sympathy and not actually do anything so am I wrong or is the airline wrong? Usually the airline says it's the customer's phone.
