I want to DOWNLOAD some of the PDFS from kindle so I have them back on my desktop. Searching google/web - there are some instructions that apparently are obsolete now. Anyone know how to download DOCUMENTS (not ebooks, kindle books) from my kindle content library to my local computer?

I would try installing the kindle app on a computer or tablet (or even mobile phone) and download it from there.
