As others have mentioned, Air Miles is falling out of favour. Most will suggest an Aeroplan or WestJet credit card. However, BMO does offer an Air Miles Mastercard that has no annual fee. I currently use it with no complaints, but I plan to switch to a different reward or cash back card once I’ve liquidated the miles I’ve accumulated.

17 maj 2024 · The math looks like this: $175 (cost of a paid ticket) / 8,000 SkyMiles = 2.18 cents per point. To us, this is an excellent use of points as we — per our monthly points and miles valuation — value Delta SkyMiles at 1.2 cents per point at a minimum. This is almost twice our assigned value, so we think it’s a great deal!
