Misinformation & Confusion from Aidvantage. Context: On SAVE plan with consolidated loans which I've been paying towards (including throughout the COVID pause). Aidvantage told me a few days ago that I have one payment on my account which counts towards forgiveness.
So in July, I moved my student loan balance from Navient to Aidvantage to be eligible for the one time payment count adjustment. I am 27 years post undergrad and 21 years post grad school. Yet I don't even see the payment count listed on Aidvantage either and it's only on StudentAid you can see that my loans started to be dispersed in 1994.
Is there a reason why two days ago my interest rates on Aidvantage were showing as 3.51 and 4.04, and now today they are showing as 3.76 and 4.29? Is this something to do with the automatic one-month forbearance?
