Misinformation & Confusion from Aidvantage. Context: On SAVE plan with consolidated loans which I've been paying towards (including throughout the COVID pause). Aidvantage told me a few days ago that I have one payment on my account which counts towards forgiveness.

I applied back in April. It took a couple of months but my loans were consolidated but not put in the save plan. The email I received said not to panic they are working on it and would contact me if they needed any more information. I've been waiting, but my first payment is showed due on July 5th.
So in July, I moved my student loan balance from Navient to Aidvantage to be eligible for the one time payment count adjustment. I am 27 years post undergrad and 21 years post grad school. Yet I don't even see the payment count listed on Aidvantage either and it's only on StudentAid you can see that my loans started to be dispersed in 1994.
