Misinformation & Confusion from Aidvantage. Context: On SAVE plan with consolidated loans which I've been paying towards (including throughout the COVID pause). Aidvantage told me a few days ago that I have one payment on my account which counts towards forgiveness.

When my loans transferred from Aidvantage to Mohela my bank account was still in Aidvantage’s system. After a few months I checked it because of they no longer had any of my loans. I deleted that so fast.
