I’m assuming since most of my payments were made to Navient that they would be issuing most of the refund, but my old login no longer works. I’m confused on who to contact. Anyone with knowledge on this situation?
I see a lot of people on here have gotten letters and even some refunds sent directly to their bank accounts. Others seem to be having checks mailed. Anyone know anything I should do to track this or who I can talk to?

The page includes eight menu options, the last of which is “loan forgiveness and discharge.” Navient goes on to broadly outline the various circumstances in which borrowers may be able to receive forgiveness.

Sign in using your FSA ID, and complete the Direct Consolidation Loan application. Select the FFEL loans you want to consolidate and submit your application electronically.
