Complaint. To keep a long story short, we booked flights to Japan via BA Executive club a few months ago, using some Avios. A few weeks after I tried to log into my account and I was locked out, when I called I was told it was a double lock due to suspicious activity.
I've read it's a pretty common thing that BA doesn't update the booking info in both app and website, but when I try to add it manually with my 6 letters booking reference and my surname it doesn't work either.
I've added my booking reference to my new BA Executive club account, so my question is - is it too late to claim the tier points and avios from that booking? Will they be added onto my account once I've flown the route, or do I need to do something ahead of departure to get the bonuses?
8 cze 2024 · There is an option in Amadeus Altea to link multiple bookings - both in the case of single passengers connecting across two bookings, and linking multiple passengers on equal itineraries. Some airlines allow you to include another passenger directly in OLCI.

22 cze 2024 · I didn’t pay a lot of attention to the specific aircraft at the time of booking and this info wasn’t stated on my email confirmation. SW17 – The actual seat numbers we ended up with were the same as what we reserved, in terms of row number, and it was in economy.
