3 cze 2014 · Trim the seam allowance to 1/8 inch. Roll and whip this seam allowance by zigzagging (L=1.0; W=4.5) so that one needle swing goes into the fabric right along the previous straight stitching, and the other needle swing goes off the edge of the fabric, rolling the seam allowance (photo 2).

20 sie 2010 · Pin the Entredeux to the Fabric. Be sure to trim the entredeux selvage if necessary to match the seam allowance of your garment. The seam allowance for this sleeve is 1/4". The entredeux did not need to be trimmed. But you must measure each entredeux because the selvages can differ.
3 lip 2012 · Below the shadowed, scalloped lace tape was the straight edge of the skirt. Entredeux was worked along the scallops with the left reaches of the stitch pattern catching the edge of the tape. The holes are positioned beside the tape and the opposite reach goes into the fabric below the scallops.
30 wrz 2013 · 1. Trim waste fabric from one side of entredeux. 2. Gather lace to desired fullness to fit entredeux strip by pulling the uppermost thread in lace header. Pin strip of gathered lace to ironing board or padded surface right side up.
6 sie 2010 · L 1. Remove basting thread. Stream press the holes should disappear from the basting thread. Your thread should be the same color as your fabric. As you can tell mine left a residual it your threads match your fabric that will not be seen. As mine was such a screaming color it left damage.
