Monterosso is at the north edge of Cinque Terre and by far the largest of the five fishing villages. Montesosso is the only village that has a long sandy beach and a beautiful pebble beach in addition. Two beaches!

Spring season is even an ideal time to experience good weather for hiking and swimming. Temperatures in spring range from an average of 18–21ºC/63–70ºF.
6 lut 2022 · When we hiked the Cinque Terre it was only 12 km / 7.5 miles long but with trail closures, you now need to take a different route. In 2022, the Cinque Terre hike is approximately 14 km. (8.6 miles) There are five portions of the Blue Trail that vary in difficulty. You can walk the entire route or hop on the train whenever you want.
