2 gru 2023 · When I create a new contact on iPhone with iOS 16 from the dial pad, the contact saves under my email list and not in the iCloud list. How do I change this? I upgraded my iPhone 12 Pro Max to iOS 16.0 (20A362). In the upgrade I can see Lists for my contacts.

Find a contact. Tap the search field at the top of the contacts list, then enter a name, address, phone number, or other contact information. You can also search your contacts using Search (see Search with Spotlight on iPhone ).

12 mar 2019 · Is there any way to add default fields so that new contacts will automatically have the field listed without using the “add custom field”? I am trying to make all my contacts have the default field of “nickname” without having to manually scroll down to “add custom field” for each contact.
iPhone stores contacts in the location set by Settings → Contacts → Default Account. New contacts are stored on the internal storage of the device, and then synchronised with the account selected here.
