Brampton Building and Business Portal – Now Live. As of June 24, 2024, the Building Division has launched the Brampton Building and Business Portal. This one-stop online service will enable our customers to complete tasks such as applying for permits and booking inspections.
The Building Division provides inspections to ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and relevant City By-Laws. Inspection Services helps to ensure construction is completed in accordance with the approved plans.
Driveway Widening and Curb Cuts. Road Occupancy and Access. Fill/Grading Permit. Special Event Road Closures. Snow Removal Financial Assistance. Tourism Oriented Destination Signage (TODS) . Tax and Assessment. Tax Forms .
The City of Brampton now accepts various industrial, commercial, and institutional building permit applications online. Online applications or revision applications for industrial and commercial should be limited to the following types only: Click Here to Apply.
