අතීතේ ඉස්සරම දවසක මතක අහුලා හදවතේ. එකින් එක පිළිවෙලට අහුරා නිධන් කර තැබුවෙමි හිතේ. එදා වගෙ ලස්සනම හවසක, අදත් ඉපැරණි මාවතේ. මඳක් නැවතී ගිමන් හැරියෙමි මතක ලිහමින් ජීවිතේ. අපේ දුක සැප අසා සිටි, පටු මගේ අන්තිම බංකුවේ. ඉඳන් ඔබ හා තාලෙ ඇල්ලුවෙ නුඹේ ආසම සින්දුවේ. දෑත් පටලා ගියා මතකයි ඈත පෙනෙනා වංගුවේ. එදා අන්තිම පැයේවත් නෑ පුරුදු සිනහව හැංගුවේ.
