I've spent so much time on chat and emailing back and forth with representatives. Despite the nice flight, I will likely never fly Frontier again as their website and iphone app are absolute garbage. As an IT person myself, one thing I think may have caused issues here.
They were doing “routine maintenance” on the app and website today so I’m not surprised that none of it works at all any more 🤦

I know Frontier had a system upgrade a couple days ago, but I’ve been unable to make a reservation for three days now, on the website or on the app. Both have different type of errors. Website support said that update screwed everything up.
