Despite the nice flight, I will likely never fly Frontier again as their website and iphone app are absolute garbage. As an IT person myself, one thing I think may have caused issues here. I noticed frontier reps kept not wanting my account number (the miles number) but my email address.

I’ve been trying to book a flight, putting in the destination, date and then searching but the website just goes to the next page and says it’s loading the list of flights from that airport to another however the circle of the bear just keeps spinning and the website never fully loads the flights.
They were doing “routine maintenance” on the app and website today so I’m not surprised that none of it works at all any more 🤦
