Puzzled-Product-244. •. Spirit is the worst airline I have ever dealt with, with very poor customer service and delays and cancelation without notice and all the extra fees. The way they operate and see how the employees treat the customer, in my opinion, I don't think it is even safe to fly this airlines.

Here are some of the pros and cons of flying Spirit Airlines, based on my personal experiences: Pros: Low fares. Extensive network of routes. On-time performance is generally good. Cons: Extra fees for everything from checked bags to seat assignments. Basic seats are uncomfortable and cramped.

Spirit is basically the closest thing we have to Ryanair, and Americans are used to a marginally higher level of service/less severe add-on fees in domestic coach than that. With the size of the USA, many of the flights are also a lot longer than a Ryanair flight usually is, and so the discomforts are more problematic. 4.
