You can apply for up to four programmes at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam after paying the application fee once. To do so, you need to start and complete a new application in Studielink for every programme you wish to apply for.
All universities must hold up the same educational standards in the Netherlands. The program, however, might be different between uni's. I would recommend looking up the courses AI teaches and base your decision on that, not on the 'prestige' of the university.
