VFR Charts. The production of VFR Charts has now transferred (from CAA) to NATS, who will now (under licence from CAA) control the scheduled production of maps and charts for both the Visual Flight Rules (VFR) series, and the Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP).
VFR flight requires that you remain in ‘Visual Meteorological Conditions’ at all times. The assumption of VFR flight is that you have enough visibility to control the aircraft by visual references and avoid collisions with terrain and other aircraft. You may only fly under Instrument Flight Rules

GENERAL RULES. For VFR flights within the Warszawa FIR, the provisions of SERA.5005 and SERA.5010 of the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 923/ 2012 are applicable, along with their specification in the Order of the Minister of Infrastructure of 17 July 2020 on air traffic rules.
This VFR Flight Guide (VFG) has been designed primarily for VFR pilots in domestic operations. Material relating to commercial operations has therefore been omitted unless it contributes to the understanding of a particular topic. For ease of understanding, the wording has been modified considerably from that of the source documents.
