Converts local time to unix timestamp format for discord. Discord added unix formatting a little while ago that lets users enter a timestamp that would get displayed in every users local time. ie if someone wanted to start an event at 7:30est; People in any other time zone regions would get the time formatted for them automatically.
16 lip 2021 · We can't get the timezone of the user calling the command, I propose we use the same time/duration converter we have in Python. This converter accepts durations and ISO date times (Timezone naive) . It may also be in lancebot already, but I can't check right now.
