  4. It sounds like Travelocity was simply informing you of the rules associated with the airfare tha you purchased. These rules are governed by the airline, not the agency you may have purchased the ticket from.

  5. Travelocity is not alone in that regard. In fact, almost every website you go to nowadays installs cookies "in your computer". If that's your sole basis for recommending against using a website, then that's going to seriously restrict the number of sites you allow yourself to visit.
