From my experiences, Travelocity and Orbitz are very true to the 24 hours rule and it doesn't take much to get a full refund. Try to cancel your ticket after 24 hours for most reasons, however, and you'll be out of luck.

Because I booked through Travelocity, the airline wouldn't credit me on the spot for the tickets I'd purchased, and told me to contact the travel agent for credit.
