From the travelocity.com website, under "Support - Customer Support - Contact Us", a phone number of 1-855-863-9601 is listed. They also have a Callback button you can click. You enter your name, itinerary number, and phone number and they will call you back. They list the wait time.

Calling the 1-855-863-9601 number with a serious problem is a waste of time. The first line agent that you get doesn't have a clue. They are booking agents and do not have the knowledge or ability to solve a problem. You spend hours on the phone while they try to figure out what to do with you.
The key is do they provide quick 24 hour a day customer service. That is rare these days, and most 3rd party sites are not going to provide service like that. The only way air travel passengers get service like that is by being an elite flyer at the top of the pyramid for whatever airline /alliance/ they fly with, and even then, it is tricky.
I have called the various phone numbers listed by travelocity, (1-855-201-7820, 1.417-520-5312) and each time the operator comes on the line to announce that the "numero es vacante". I am concerned because I cannot connect with Travelocity.. I want my families trip, the flight to be problem free.
