Hi all, my family and I are travelling to Cebu on Wednesday via AirAsia. Just wanted to confirm if di na need ng RT PCR test ng nephew ko aged 5 years old. Additionally, he's also travelling with grandparents + me (we are all vaccinated) and hindi kasama parent niya (my sister is preggy) so do we also need a letter of some sort from the parent?
