Test by making the copy of the affected workbook (open workbook, click File>Save as and save with a different name) and then open the duplicate workbook in different systems, check if you still see the incorrect name.

Inactivate an add-in that's causing the lock. Select File > Options > Add-Ins > Excel Add-ins > Go and then clear the check box for the add-in.
